Nikolas Smith

Nikolas Smith is an experienced professional with a strong background in enterprise services and network engineering. Currently serving as the Enterprise Services Manager at Zonda since August 2014, Nikolas previously worked as a Tier III Network Engineer at JTC Inc. from October 2012 to August 2014. Additional experience includes a consultant role at Learning Tree International, focusing on ensuring appropriate software images for classroom procedures, and a Network Analyst position at Wireless Matrix, where responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting and equipment testing. Nikolas also held the position of Operations/Implementation Specialist at Wireless Matrix, managing software installations and client communications. Nikolas earned an Advanced Diploma from Heritage High School in 2009 and studied at Northern Virginia Community College from 2011 to 2013.
