Chris Gmelig Meijling

Chris Gmelig Meijling is a seasoned Sr. Projectontwikkelaar currently with Zondag Ontwikkeling, overseeing the development, sale, and realization of approximately 800 rental and purchase homes in the Wilderszijde area of Lansingerland since October 2023. With prior experience at Dudok Groep, Chris managed various redevelopment projects across the Drechtsteden and Rijnmond regions. Past roles include co-director at Jong Onroerend Goed Den Haag and project developer at Schouten, focusing on urban residential projects. Chris has also held positions at WeBuildHomes, VISADE advies, and the Gemeente Den Haag, demonstrating a comprehensive background in real estate development and project management.
