Anelia Terzieva

Anelia Terzieva has a strong background in Quality Assurance, with their most recent work experience being at ZonGuru as a Product Manager since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at ZonGuru as a Project Manager from March 2018 to July 2021. In 2017, Anelia worked at the Computer Education Center "Progress" as a Quality Assurance Trainer, where they developed a learning program and successfully taught two groups in Software Testing Basics. Anelia started their career at MentorMate in 2010 as a QA Lead, where they had various responsibilities such as QA audit, strategy creation and implementation, testing, project management, and staff supervision. Anelia also had experience with automation testing, performance testing, and CI/CD implementation.

Anelia Terzieva's education history begins with their secondary education at Foreign Language School "Ivan Vazov" in Plovdiv from 2004 to 2009, where they focused on German Language and Literature. Anelia then pursued a degree in Psychology at New Bulgarian University from 2012 to 2016, although the degree name is not specified.

In addition to their formal education, Anelia Terzieva has obtained several certifications. Anelia acquired the "Goethe-Zertifikat C1" from Goethe-Institut e.V. in September 2009. In December 2012, they obtained the "ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level" from SEETB. Following this, in October 2017, Anelia completed the "Programming Foundations with JavaScript, HTML and CSS" course and received a certificate from Coursera. Anelia then obtained the "Conducting Usability Testing" certification from Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) in January 2017. Anelia also holds the "CMAP™ Mobile App Testing - Foundation Level" certification from SEETB, obtained in December 2016.

In their recent years, Anelia Terzieva has pursued additional certifications specializing in product management. In October 2020, they obtained the "PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)" certification from the Project Management Institute. In August 2021, they obtained the "Product Analytics Certification (PAC)™" from Product School. Anelia also received the "Certified Product Manager (CPM)" certification from Telerik Academy in December 2021. Lastly, Anelia Terzieva acquired the "AI Product Management" certification from Duke University in March 2023.
