Erica Singleton has a wealth of experience in customer success, professional learning, and training. Erica began their career in 2007 as a Biology & Chemistry Instructor at Aldine Independent School District, where they also served as Interim Department Chair in 2009-2010. In 2011, they became an Account Executive at Pearson. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Cengage Group as an Implementation & Training Specialist, where they managed a team of Account Executives and provided professional coaching and strategy implementation to learning consultants. During this time, they also maintained a $18M B2B sales base and increased the company's technology footprint by 50%. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Lexia Learning as a Senior Regional Manager (Texas), Account Executive Customer Success, Regional Manager (Texas), Account Executive Customer Success, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee Member, Customer Success Manager - South Central, and Professional Learning Facilitator. Currently, they are the Vice President, Client Success at Beanstack by Zoobean, Inc.

Erica Singleton earned their B.S. in Biological Science/General Chemistry from Sam Houston State University between 2004 and 2008. Erica has also obtained two additional certifications: Inclusive and Ethical Leadership from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in June 2022, and Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School Online in May 2022.
