Issam Yatim

As Department and Project Manager, Issam is highly experienced and has worked in the Telecoms sector in Africa for over 10 years.

He has had the chance to make remarkable positive changes throughout his career in Billing, VAS, Operational Support Systems (OSS), and Business Support Systems.

He worked at Smart Telecom in Sierra Leone as Billing and Project Manager, he was the Billing Consultant at Vodafone in Zambia and the Project Manager of Lynx Solution in Sierra Leone.

Issam’s goals as the Commercial and Project Director of Zoodlabs are: establishing customer’s experience, revenue growth, brand recognition, and enhancing employee engagement and leadership.
