Isabelle Herde currently serves as the Manager of Innovation & Community Engagement at the Zoological Society of Milwaukee, focusing on enhancing program impact within Conservation Education through innovation and community engagement. Prior roles include Program Director at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Upham Woods Outdoor Learning Center, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating group programming, maintaining scheduling, and developing community outreach while ensuring inclusivity and engagement across diverse audiences. Additional experience includes serving as an Environmental Education Specialist at Philmont Scout Ranch, where Isabelle managed staff and programming, and as Education and Outreach Coordinator for the United States Government Fish & Wildlife Service, delivering educational programming and managing grant initiatives. Isabelle holds a Master of Science in Environmental Conservation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's Degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from Wellesley College.
