Jodi Gibson

Jodi Gibson serves as the President and CEO of the Zoological Society of Milwaukee, a role held since July 2016, where leadership involves managing a member base of 50,000, supporting conservation efforts, and promoting wildlife education. Prior to this position, Jodi was Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at Kellogg Company from August 2012 to June 2016, successfully launching the Breakfasts for Better Days initiative, which provided essential meals to vulnerable populations worldwide. Previously, Jodi held several roles at JCPenney, including Divisional Vice President of the corporate social responsibility program, where a focus on sustainability and community relations was emphasized. Jodi's career began at Feeding America, culminating in a Director role, with a focus on corporate partnerships and cause-marketing campaigns. Jodi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ripon College and studied at Universite de Paris IV - Sorbonne.
