Brian Lindy

Brian Lindy has a strong and diverse work experience. Brian started their career in 1999 as the CFO and Partner at Bentley Leathers Inc. Brian then moved on to work at Stokes Inc., where they held the position of President and COO for a decade. In 2009, they became a Board Member at the Retail Council of Canada, a position they held until 2015. During this time, they also served as an Audit Committee Member at Federation CJA from 2011 to 2014. In 2012, Brian joined Reitmans as the Executive Vice President and stayed with the company until 2015. In the same year, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Ayuda Media Systems, where they worked until 2019. Brian Lindy has also held various board positions, including working as a Board Member for ACCEO Solutions from 2015 to 2018 and as an Advisor to the Board at Hivestack from 2017 onward. Since 2015, Brian Lindy has been the Chief Operating and Financial Officer at ZOOM Media. In 2019, they also joined XCCommerce as a Board Member.

Brian Lindy attended Bialik from 1977 to 1982. From 1982 to 1984, they pursued a Diploma in Health Science at Vanier College. Following that, they completed a B.Sc. degree in Biology at McGill University from 1984 to 1987. Brian continued their education at McGill University, obtaining a Chartered Accountant degree in Accounting and Business/Management between 1987 and 1989. Lastly, they pursued a professorship at McGill University in the field of business from 2005 to 2007.
