John Andersen

John Andersen is an experienced news professional with a diverse background in broadcasting. Currently, John serves as the Morning News Anchor at Zoomer Media, a position held since May 2013, where John writes and reads the morning news on Classical 93.6 FM in Toronto. Prior to this role, John was the Director of News and Public Affairs at Classicomm/Shaw Cable TV from 1988 to 1996 and worked as a News Anchor and host at CKO Radio from 1981 to 1988, where John anchored national newscasts and hosted public affairs programs. John received education at Cambrian College in Sudbury, ON, from 1968 to 1970.
