Harsha Sheshanna

Harsha Sheshanna is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in platform development, release engineering, and people management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at ZoomInfo since February 2023, Harsha previously held the position of Associate Director of Software Engineering at Chewy and Senior Software Engineering Manager at Skillsoft, where responsibilities included managing the development of the Percipio platform and implementing advanced features such as machine learning solutions for user engagement. Earlier in the career at Kronos, Harsha managed feature development teams and led the transition to a modern UI framework. Harsha holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
