Seyoung Yeo is an experienced learning and development professional with a strong background in instructional design and eLearning development. Currently serving as Lead eLearning Developer and Instructional Design Consultant at ZoomCare since April 2022, Seyoung leads cross-functional teams to create engaging digital learning solutions tailored for a tech-savvy healthcare environment. Previous experience at Airbnb spans from June 2014 to November 2020, where Seyoung managed the overhaul of online learning programs, transitioned teams to Agile methodologies, and significantly improved training efficiency and retention. With over 20 years of expertise in Adobe design software and a proven track record in content development, Seyoung has also contributed to various freelance projects, illustrating and designing visual content.
