Tyler Thompson

Tyler Thompson has an extensive work experience history spanning multiple industries. Tyler currently works at ZoomCare as the Director of Patient Experience, where they are responsible for overseeing the patient experience across multiple clinics and virtual care offerings. Tyler collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to align business objectives and priorities. Prior to ZoomCare, Tyler worked at Banfield Pet Hospital as a Senior Product Manager, leading the development and launch of client-facing digital platforms. Tyler also managed CRM programs and spearheaded email marketing initiatives. Tyler began their career at the Portland Trail Blazers, where they served as a Brand Marketing Specialist and later as a Project Manager for the Trail Blazers game day magazine.

Tyler Thompson attended Willamette University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BA) degree in English.
