Anthony Woodson

Anthony Woodson is an experienced safety and compliance professional currently serving as the Safety and Compliance Manager at ZooTampa at Lowry Park since May 2020, ensuring adherence to AZA Accreditation standards, OSHA, and NFPA standards while collaborating with local emergency services. In addition, Woodson has worked as a Lifeline Dispatch Specialist at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital since February 2019, overseeing dispatching operations for medical helicopters and ambulances and serving on the Safety Committee. Prior experience includes training EMTs while working at Sunstar Paramedics and maintaining security protocols as a Corrections/Detention Specialist in the US Army. Anthony Woodson holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts degree from St. Petersburg College.
