Shelly Drummond is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in guest engagement, nonprofit writing, and program management. Currently serving as the Manager of Guest Engagement at ZooTampa, Shelly also supervises volunteer programs and has a longstanding freelance writing career focusing on grants and content for nonprofits and cultural tourism. Additional roles include Basic Needs Coordinator and Financial Stability Coach at Mulberry Community Service Center, and former Manager of the Lakeland Choral Society. Shelly's experience encompasses various organizations, including Walt Disney World, where Shelly educated diverse audiences, and the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, where Shelly managed folklife programs.
