Edvaldo Melo has work experience in the field of data science and analysis. Edvaldo started working at the Petroleum Engineering Modeling Laboratory in 2017 as a researcher, where they focused on developing machine learning models for classification, regression, and forecasting problems. Edvaldo also gained experience in data extraction and transformation using Python, as well as image processing for deep learning algorithms. In 2021, Edvaldo joined Zoox Smart Data, where they initially worked as a Data Analyst before transitioning to the role of Data Scientist in 2022.
Edvaldo Melo obtained a Bachelor of Computational Mathematics with a focus on computational modeling from Universidade Federal da Paraíba. Edvaldo attended the university from 2013 to 2018. Following their undergraduate studies, Edvaldo pursued a Master's degree in Informatics, specializing in Computer Systems at the same institution from 2019 to 2021.
