Mauro Salamon

Mauro Salamon has extensive experience in automation and software engineering, having held various managerial and technical roles since 1999. Currently serving as Industry 4.0 and Digital Innovation Manager at Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies since July 2017, Mauro previously managed automation software programming for hydroelectric plants at S.T.E. Energy S.p.A. Mauro's previous positions include Software and Automation Manager at Ies Biogas and Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies Italia, where responsibilities encompassed PLC programming for various industrial applications, coordination of engineering teams, and implementation of complex automation systems. Mauro's expertise extends to programming with Siemens, ABB, and KUKA systems, as well as experience in project management across multiple sectors including renewable energy, water treatment, and manufacturing.
