Olga Suslenko

Olga Suslenko is a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Zoral since April 2019, bringing extensive experience in full cycle recruitment and client account management from previous roles at Ciklum and Globallogic. At Ciklum, from May 2011 to March 2019, Olga successfully recruited a diverse range of positions, handled client communication, conducted reference checks, and trained junior colleagues. Prior experience as a Senior Recruiting Specialist at Globallogic involved proactive candidate sourcing, training new employees, and conducting exit interviews. Olga also served as an Interpreter for the Embassy of the Republic of India in Ukraine from 2003 to 2005, where responsibilities included supporting the Defense Attaché and liaising with international organizations. Olga holds a Master of Arts degree in Hindi and English from Kyiv International University.
