Iwan Koolen

Iwan Koolen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and interior architecture. Currently serving as a strategic HRM advisor at Zorggroep Ter Weel since May 2023, Iwan has been a senior human resources consultant at ZoomAdvies since January 2016, specializing in HRM and assessments. From 2012 to 2020, Iwan worked as an interior architect and organization consultant at WmG-architecten, after establishing expertise in interior design and innovation at IKOON interieurarchitecten since 2008. Previous roles include HRM manager at Edux onderwijsadvies and a series of managerial HRM positions at InBev from 1994 to 2002. Iwan holds degrees in HRM and organizational development from Utrecht University and interior architecture from Fontys University, along with ongoing studies in HRM at Windesheim.
