Bala Panneerselvam

Bala Panneerselvam is the Co-Founder at ZORP. Prior to ZORP, they served as the Director of Product Management at Bounce from December 2018 to March 2021 where they set up and grew the Product vertical for Operations. Bala also built the best-in-class operations platform that can manage 100s of different processes on the ground in parallel, at scale.

Before Bounce, Panneerselvam worked as a Senior Product Manager at PaySense from April 2017 to November 2018.

Panneerselvam has a proven track record in growing teams and executing impactful roadmaps that have led to significant cost reduction and operational efficiency. Bala is an expert in product management and has a deep understanding of different process flows and SOPs.

Under their leadership, the product team at Bounce achieved high up-time records for similar businesses across the world with an active % of 92 consistently. Bala also managed the product for the Bounce Hyderabad launch.

Bala Panneerselvam earned a master's degree in Post Graduation in Management from Indian School of Business. Bala also holds a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore. Bala has a certification from Coursera in Neural Networks and Deep Learning by deeplearning.ai.
