Lisa Palmer

Lisa Palmer has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Lisa currently works as the Vice President of Provider Enrollment at Zotec Partners since 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Staff Vice President of Credentialing at Anthem, Inc. from 2017 to 2020. Lisa also held leadership roles at Humana, where they were the Director of Contracting Services and the Director of Credentialing for Humana Government Business. Before working at Humana, Lisa worked at Optum, where they served as the Credentials Verification Organization Director and later as the Director of Quality Improvement & Compliance. Overall, Lisa has a strong background in provider enrollment, credentialing, and network operations management.

Lisa Palmer earned a BA in Business Administration from Hanover College. Additionally, they obtained a certification in CPCS from NAMSS in 1996.
