Mike Richards

Mike Richards has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. Mike started their career at Charles Pugh Glass as an IT Support specialist from 1993 to 1999. Mike then joined ZOTEFOAMS in 1999 and held various roles, including IT Manager and Head of IT. At ZOTEFOAMS, they managed the IT department, supported offices in the UK and USA, and provided technology support for mobile users worldwide. Their areas of expertise include Epicor ERP, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft SharePoint, Crystal Reports, VMware, Cisco switches, CheckPoint firewalls, and Microsoft Windows Server. Mike has experience in project management, security analysis, and business intelligence development. Their work at ZOTEFOAMS ended in 2016.

Mike Richards attended the University of St Andrews from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Applied Mathematics.
