Sam Kirkham

Sam Kirkham has a solid work experience in various roles within different companies. Sam started their career as a Research Scientist at Elam-T Ltd in 2001 and worked there until 2003. In 2004, they joined Global EPP Ltd as an Extrusion Production Manager and stayed until 2009. At Global EPP Ltd, they gained experience in managing production processes. In 2009, they joined Zotefoams as a Microcellular Foam Extrusion Process Lead. Sam then served as the Plant Process Manager from 2011 to 2014 and later became the Plant Director from 2015 to 2018. Most recently, they held the position of Group Head of Process Improvement at Zotefoams from April 2018.

Sam Kirkham has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of East Anglia. They completed their undergraduate studies from 1994 to 1997. Later, Sam pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Inorganic Chemistry at the University of Bath from 1997 to 2001.
