Michael Castine

Michael Castine is the managing director at ZRG Partners. Michael has extensive experience in executive recruiting, having previously served as chairman of global asset and wealth management at Korn Ferry, president of Dover Management LLC, and co-head of global sectors at TMP Worldwide. Michael also has experience in the public sector, having served as director of international communications and information at the National Security Council during the Reagan administration.

Castine has a MPA from Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Political Science and Economics from State University of New York at Fredonia. Michael also attended St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute.

Michael Castine reports to Larry Hartmann, CEO. They work with Mark Cusick - Managing Director, Manny Corsino - Managing Director, and Richard Dowd - Managing Director.
