Arthur Silva is a seasoned professional with a strong background in software development and project management. Currently serving as a Partner at ZRP since September 2018, Arthur is focused on enhancing team efficiency and promoting knowledge exchange within operational layers. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer where Arthur developed systems for diverse sectors such as energy, finance, and education, utilizing cloud services and best practices in software development. As a Full Stack Developer at GCTI, Arthur created a warehouse management system aimed at improving public healthcare medication distribution. Earlier roles included a position as a CX Agent at Teleperformance, where Arthur excelled as a Team Leader and Subject Matter Expert, guiding teammates to improve customer satisfaction and operational compliance. Arthur is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, with previous technical education in Computer Science from IFRN.
