Alice Tsaiwei Chen

Alice Tsaiwei Chen is a Senior UX Designer with extensive experience in user experience design, currently serving at ZS since March 2022. Previously, Alice held the position of Senior UX Designer and UX Designer at Zipari from June 2018 to March 2022, and worked as a UX Designer at UnitedHealth Group from June 2015 to June 2018. Notably, Alice contributed to the design of Optum Integrated Eligibility, which secured a contract with West Virginia’s State Government, yielding approximately $55 million in annual savings. Alice’s expertise includes driving UX design through all stages of agile product development, advocating for data-driven design, and establishing style guide libraries.
