Arjun Kapil

Arjun Kapil has extensive experience in customer success and technical account management, currently serving as a Manager at Zscaler since December 2015, where responsibilities include leading a high-performance customer success team and mentoring staff to enhance post-sales relationship management. Prior roles at Zscaler include key advocacy for customers, driving adoption, retention, and maximizing value realization. Before Zscaler, Arjun gained expertise as a Google Analytics platform specialist at Google, where proficiency in Google AdWords and analytics was developed, alongside resolving advertiser concerns. Early career experiences as a System Engineer at Netsmartz and a Network Engineer at Appin Technology Lab involved network monitoring and maintenance, respectively. Arjun holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from R.I.M.T., earned between 2007 and 2011.
