Bill Lapp

Bill Lapp serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Go To Market at Zscaler since May 2016, leading global pre-sales, post-sales, and architecture teams while facilitating secure business transformations for clients. Prior to Zscaler, Bill held various leadership roles at GoodData and Cisco Systems, where responsibilities encompassed driving product development and sales engineering within collaboration technologies. An early career at MIT Lincoln Laboratory involved significant contributions to engineering and architecture projects. Bill holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College and advanced degrees in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
