Brad Thomas

Brad Thomas has extensive experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships across various technology companies. Currently serving as a Board Observer for Oleria Security, FireTail.io, Cyware, and Vectra AI, along with holding the position of Vice President of Corporate Development at Zscaler since August 2018, Brad has overseen M&A, integration, and venture investments. Prior roles include Head of M&A and Integration at Juniper Networks, Investment Banking Senior Associate at Jefferies, and strategic business development within the security segment at Intel, where notable achievements include leading the Symantec Global Alliance team. Brad holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
