Michelle McLean

Michelle McLean serves as the Senior Director of Marketing at Zscaler, a role assumed in March 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing marketing strategies, customer targeting, sales play development, and narrative for Risk Management. Prior to Zscaler, Michelle was the VP of Marketing at Avalor Security for a brief period before the acquisition by Zscaler, and held notable positions such as Vice President of Marketing at Salt Security, StackRox, and ScaleArc. At each of these companies, Michelle demonstrated expertise in leading outbound marketing activities, building teams, and driving revenue through innovative marketing strategies. Michelle's career began with significant roles in product marketing at various tech firms, including Silver Spring Networks, ConSentry Networks, and Peribit Networks. Michelle holds a BA in English from the University of California, Berkeley, and has completed MBA coursework at Santa Clara University.
