Vincent Yu

Vincent Yu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people operations and human resources management. Currently serving as Vice President of People Operations at Zscaler since June 2022, Vincent holds a notable background from Amazon, where responsibilities included leading a team overseeing employment screening for a workforce of 450 FTE across numerous global operations, and developing timekeeping solutions impacting over one million workers. Prior to Amazon, Vincent served in various capacities at Citi for over a decade, where achievements included establishing a business management office for HR Shared Services and managing global compensation operations across 101 countries. Vincent began their career as a Technology Consultant at Sapient, delivering enterprise application components for high-profile clients. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
