Manohar Reddy D Suman has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as an Application Engineer at ZSL Inc since October 2012, with a focus on ServiceNow and Azure DevOps deployment coordination, training, and administration. Prior to ZSL Inc, Manohar held roles at Tech Mahindra from February 2007 to September 2012, including Tech Team Lead of IT Service Desk and IT Service Desk Analyst, specializing in ITIL practices, ITSM Remedy Suite migration, and data analytics. Manohar's career began at Sutherland as a Technical Support Analyst, providing technical support for HP products. Manohar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications from St. Joseph's College Of Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from St. John's International Residential School.
