Syed Saadat Sid Hussain

Syed Saadat “Sid” Hussain (Sid) serves as ZT Corporate’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), acting as the head of the Finance and Accounting Department for the company’s Private Equity division. He leads a team of more than 50 professional accountants with a high focus on efficiency through effective business processes. His work also involves mergers and acquisitions, treasury and cash management, managing the debt mix for all ZT companies, and much more. Over his career, Mr. Hussain has worked in accounting and auditing for AA Baig & Co and KPMG Pakistan’s Semi-Senior Assurance Department, and Arthur Lawrence, his most recent role before joining ZT Corporate. At Arthur Lawrence, he served as the Manager of Onshore Finance and Accounting Outsource. Mr. Hussain is a Certified Chartered Accountant (CCA) and a Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) from the UK-based Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, or ACCA, and he has also completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Commerce.
