Gabriela Hernandez Gaxiola

Gabriela Hernandez Gaxiola has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Gabriela is currently employed at Zubale as the VP of Finance, Legal, and People, a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Global Operations and Strategy at Zubale from July to October 2023. From January 2022 to August 2023, they worked as the General Manager of Embedded Finance at Zubale.

Before joining Zubale, Gabriela worked at McKinsey & Company, starting as a Business Analyst from September 2010 to June 2012. Gabriela then progressed to become an Associate from August 2014 to May 2016 and later served as an Engagement Manager from May 2016 to April 2018. Finally, they held the position of Associate Partner from April 2018 to January 2022.

Gabriela's educational background includes an MBA from Columbia Business School, which they pursued from August 2012 to May 2014. Additionally, they gained experience as a Summer Associate at Cinépolis in 2013 and as an Intern at Investar Financial Corporation in 2009.

Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2006 to 2010. In 2008, they also studied Economics at Yale University.
