Marco Herrarte

Marco Herrarte has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Marco is currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Zubale since August 2021. Prior to this, Marco was a Foundation Member at FinOps Foundation starting from August 2019.

From 2014 to 2021, Marco worked at Xoom Corporation, A PayPal Service, holding various roles such as Manager of Systems Administration DevOps, Production Operations and Support, DevOps Engineer, System Administrator, and Software Engineer.

Before joining Xoom Corporation, Marco worked as an Administrador de sistemas at Latin American BYTE, Inc. from January 2011 to July 2014.

Marco Herrarte completed their high school education with a degree in Computer Science from CED - IECA in 2004. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in 2016 and several certifications in programming and software development from LinuxAcademy.com and other institutions, primarily in 2015 and 2014.
