Dr. Sanjay Khandelwal

Dr. Sanjay Khandelwal, PhD has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dr. Sanjay currently holds positions as the Group CEO and Co-Founder at Zucol Group, a role they have been in since August 2022. Prior to this, in 2018, they served as the Director at Bell Technology where they implemented marketing strategies and analyzed trends and results. In the same year, they also founded BTHawk, where they carried out similar responsibilities. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an AVP at Reliance Communications. Dr. Sanjay gained extensive experience in program management from 2011 to 2017, first as a Deputy Director at MTS Group, where they oversaw IT programs and projects, developed PMO processes and policies, and guided project management staff. Later, they became a Senior Manager at MTS Group, responsible for producing architecture artifacts, providing integration solutions, and working on sales force automation projects. Before that, they worked as a Program Manager at ZTE from 2011 to 2012, where they managed IN & VAS Ops. Earlier in their career, they served as a Project Manager at Wipro Infotech Ltd from 2009 to 2011, focusing on process designing, development, and implementation in the telecom industry. Dr. Sanjay also worked as a Cluster Operation Executive at IBM India from 2007 to 2009 and as a Sr Executive at Idea Cellular Ltd in 2006, where they managed teams and handled various IT responsibilities. Throughout their career, Dr. Khandelwal has demonstrated expertise in telecommunications, process planning, software development, and project management.

Dr. Sanjay Khandelwal, PhD has a diverse education history. Dr. Sanjay obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Intelligent Agent for Electronic Commerce from Dr. C. V. Raman University, Kota Bilaspur from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued an Executive MBA in Operation from the National Institute of Management, Mumbai from 2008 to 2009. Dr. Sanjay also holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University, which they completed from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, Dr. Khandelwal has obtained certifications including ITIL (obtained in 2009), SCJP (obtained from Sun in 2005), and a Certificate in Computing (obtained from IGNOU in 1999).
