Jovana Jovanović

Jovana Jovanović has over a decade of experience in IT support and systems analysis. Currently serving as an Advanced IT Support Specialist and Capability Owner at Zühlke Group since March 2020, Jovana previously held roles at Adecco, Telenor Common Operation, and Telenor Srbija, focusing on business system support, service management, and technical assistance. Key achievements include managing Knowledge Databases, training employees, and improving operational processes. Jovana is recognized for participation in significant international projects, such as the Telenor Denmark task handover. Jovana holds a secondary education degree in Telecommunications Technology from the Technical Railway School, completed in 2005.
