Nikki Davis

Nikki Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social impact, philanthropy, and international law. Currently serving as the Global Head of Social Impact and Philanthropy at Young Living Essential Oils since September 2024, Nikki has previously held the role of Senior Director of Global Philanthropy and Executive Director of the Young Living Foundation, where notable achievements included growing the Foundation's operations by 1000% in three years. As Co-Founder and President of Zulu Piri Piri Chicken Grille, a socially responsible restaurant, Nikki integrates culinary excellence with philanthropic efforts, ensuring a portion of each meal sold supports vulnerable children in Africa. Earlier experience includes serving as an attorney in the International Law Practice Section at Kirton & McConkie, where services included drafting complex agreements and navigating cross-border transactions. Nikki also holds a J.D. from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University.
