Mirko Amin

Mirko Amin is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in bar management, particularly within the Zuma Restaurants group. Currently serving as the Head of Bars for the Middle East since May 2021, Mirko has held various roles including Area Bar Manager for Hong Kong and Thailand, and previously progressed through positions as Assistant Bar Manager, Head Bartender, Bar Supervisor, and Bar Back at Zuma from March 2010 onwards. Additionally, Mirko has been associated with Studio Tike since April 2013 and contributed as a Bartender at Zuma Restaurants from April 2010 to March 2013.
