John Paulo Castro has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. John Paulo started their career in 2014 at TaskUs Philippines as a Sports Analyst before moving on to Convergys, where they worked as a Customer Service Professional II, handling Microsoft Accounts and Billing as well as providing technical support for Microsoft.
