Sofía Ortega

Sofía Ortega has been working in the professional field since 2018. Sofía started their career at BAC Credomatic as a Process Engineer, where they were responsible for project management for the Deputy Management of Operational Services, specifically for the department of ATMs' Operations and the department of Security and Investigations. Her roles included the purchase and upgrade of equipment, process structuring and optimization, supply chain logistics, risk management, and budget management of five different cost centers for the Deputy Management of Operational Services. In 2019, they moved to Zunify, where they currently serve as the Head of Operations.

Sofía Ortega attended the Universidad de Costa Rica UCR from 2012 to 2017, where they obtained their Licenciatura in Industrial Engineering.
