Alison Murphy

Senior Solution Architect at Zuora

Alison Murphy has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alison started their career in 2015 as a Project Engineer in 3D printing Medical Implants at DePuy Synthes Johnson & Johnson. In this role, they conducted finite element analysis and root-cause analysis on knee implants and new products.

In 2016, Alison joined Accenture as a Technology Consultant. Alison worked on multiple projects, including the successful implementation of SAP ECC for a large pharmaceutical client in Europe. Alison also designed 3PL and 4PL solutions and managed defect management through the use of HPALM. Additionally, they developed a training package for onboarding new graduates and received awards for their outstanding client delivery.

In 2019, Alison was promoted to Senior Technology Consultant at Accenture Australia, where they continued to provide technology consulting services.

Most recently, Alison joined Zuora in 2021 as a Solutions Architect, although further details of their role are not specified.

Alison Murphy has a diverse education history. Alison started their academic journey by attending Loreto Secondary School Wexford from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained their Leaving Certificate.

After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at University College Dublin. Alison studied in UCD from 2011 to 2014.

In 2013, they took a year abroad and attended The University of British Columbia, where they continued their Bachelor of Science in Engineering. During their time at UBC, they focused on Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Following their undergraduate studies, Alison pursued a Master of Biomedical Engineering degree at University College Dublin. Alison completed their master's program from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Alison obtained the ACP Cloud Service Publisher certification from Accenture in July 2018.
