Ron S.

Ron S. has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Ron started their career at Deloitte as a Senior Assistant Auditor from January 1999 to December 2000. Ron then joined CNMH, Inc. as a Corporate Controller from November 2001 to October 2003. After that, they worked at EY as a Senior Auditor in 2003. Ron then joined Cost Plus World Market as an SEC Reporting Manager from October 2004 to October 2007. Ron later joined IBM DemandTec Solutions as an SEC Reporting and International Business Manager from October 2007 to March 2009. Ron then moved to First American Financial Corporation as a Financial Reporting Manager from May 2009 to July 2012, where they were responsible for SEC filings and technical accounting. Ron then worked at SS&C Advent as a Senior Manager for SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting from July 2012 to October 2015. Currently, Ron is serving as the Vice President, Corporate Controller at Zuora since October 2015. Throughout their career, Ron has demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting, technical accounting, SEC filings, and working with international teams. Ron has also played a key role in implementing Oracle systems and standardizing processes across organizations.

Ron S. attended East Carolina University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in XBRL, completing a 35-hour course in December 2014. Ron is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), having obtained this certification from the California Board of Accountancy in January 2003.
