Quésia Nogueira

Quésia Nogueira has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Quésia began their career as an Assistant of HR at Carrefour in 2004 and later worked as an Assistant of HR at Active Engenharia from 2007 to 2008. Quésia then worked as an HR Analyst at Eclipse Consultoria e Teleinformatica LTDA from 2008 to 2010 and at Deal Technologies from 2011 to 2012. Quésia then joined Senior Solution as an HR Analyst Sr. in 2012 before moving on to SBCTrans as an HR Analyst Sr. from 2013 to 2017.

In 2017, Quésia joined Grupo Netshoes as an HR Analyst Sr. and subsequently transitioned to become HR Manager at Diguinho Industria e Comércio de Fraldas in 2018. Quésia then joined Zup Innovation as a Lead Technical Recruiter in 2018, where they achieved notable milestones such as being the 2nd biggest tech hirer in Brazil and the 3rd in Latin America in 2020.

Within Zup, Quésia progressed to become the Head of Talent Acquisition in 2020 before assuming the role of Head of HR Business Partner / Executive Search in 2023. In these positions, they demonstrated their skills in building and managing teams, implementing recruitment processes, and fostering a recruitment culture. Quésia was responsible for hiring executive-level leaders across the organization and building a hiring journey for product teams.

Quésia Nogueira obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Business Administration and Management from Salt Lake Community College between 2023 and 2025. In 2004, they earned a degree in Psychology from Universidade Anhanguera São Paulo.
