Victoria Gonçalves

Victoria Gonçalves has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Victoria currently holds the position of Head of Technology at Zup Innovation, a role they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as Group Product Manager | Engineering Manager from August 2021 to May 2022. Victoria also worked as a Product Manager | Digital Transformation Lead from July 2020 to August 2021, and as a Squad Leader from May 2019 to July 2020, within the same company.

Before joining Zup Innovation, Victoria had several roles at CI&T. Victoria started as a Software Engineer Internship from February 2014 to January 2015, gaining experience in Cobol, .NET, Java, SQL databases, and VB. Victoria then became a Quality Assurance Analyst from January 2015 to May 2019, focusing on Test Automation and code quality. Additionally, they worked as a Software Development Engineer from January 2015 to December 2016, specializing in backend development projects for retail and banking companies.

Victoria Gonçalves has a diverse education history. In 2011-2013, they attended COTIL - Colégio Técnico de Limeira, where they studied Informática. Victoria then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Sistemas de informação at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas from 2015 to 2017. Victoria continued their education at the same university and obtained a Superior de Tecnologia degree in Gestão da Tecnologia da Informação from 2017 to 2018. In 2021, they attended Tera for a Digital Product Leadership course. Most recently, in 2022, Victoria took a Business English Course at San Diego State University. In terms of certifications, they completed Google Analytics: Da Estratégia ao Resultado through Sympla in 2020 and Lean Canvas through Inova Unicamp Innovation Agency in 2017.
