Anand Subbaraj

Anand Subbaraj has a long and varied work experience. Anand began their career in 2001 as an Associate Consultant with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). In 2006, they joined Microsoft Corporation as a Senior Program Manager and Head of Product in Azure Data Factory. In this role, they were one of the founding members of the team and a leader driving the product from inception to multiple launches. Anand also worked on the SQL Server Master Data Management and Data Quality Services, and drove the integration of Master Data Services in SQL Server 2012. Anand also worked in a geo-distributed team across Redmond and Israel to ship V1s of Microsoft Security Essentials and Forefront Endpoint Protection. In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Zuper, an intelligent field service and customer engagement platform. Anand has enabled organizations to digitize, automate and optimize operations and workflows, resulting in increased workforce utilization by 50%, reduced service turnaround time by 35%, increased customer adoption and profitability by 45%, and reduced costs by over 30%.

Anand Subbaraj attended AVM Matriculation Higher Secondary School from 1994 to 1996, and then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science at the University of Madras from 1996 to 2000.
