Smita Arora

Smita is experienced in information technology with a focus on SQL, .NET, and business intelligence development. She is also skilled in software quality assurance and business analysis.

Prior to joining Zuri Group, Smita spent three years as a Senior Technical Consultant at Blackbaud, specializing in Blackbaud CRM. She worked closely with large and small nonprofit clients in technical aspects of CRM implementation, mainly building custom features specified by individual requirements. Smita also worked for Accenture in India as a SQL Developer / Test Engineer on numerous projects contracted for Microsoft.

Smita’s passion for technology began when pursuing her bachelor’s and then master’s degrees in Computer Applications at the National Institute of Technology in India. She has a second master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Memphis, TN. To hone her leadership and project management skills, Smita earned her certification in Business Project Management from Fogelman College of Business and Economics, TN.
