Rahman Adha

Customer Experience Analyst at Zurich Indonesia

Rahman Adha has worked in various companies and roles throughout their career. From April 2020 to the present, they have been a Customer Experience Analyst at Zurich Indonesia. Prior to that, they worked at PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika (Adira Insurance) from July 2016 to April 2020 as a Service Management Analyst. Before that, from December 2011 to July 2016, they held the role of Learning Officer at the same company. Rahman also worked at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera as a Management Trainee from November 2010 to April 2011, where they conducted learning and training on standard operational procedures and business processes. Earlier in their career, from July 2010 to November 2010, they worked as an Account Receivable at Electronic Solution and from April 2010 to June 2010, they worked as an Account Payable in the same company.

Rahman Adha obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Gunadarma University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Rahman has also completed several certification programs. Rahman obtained the Zurich CX Mastery Program certification from Zurich Insurance in October 2022, the Zurich Customer Mastery Program certification from the same institution in May 2022, and the Design Thinking: Customer Experience certification from LinkedIn in December 2021. Rahman also completed the Project Management Simplified certification program offered by LinkedIn in December 2021.
