Denise Karagianis

Denise Karagianis has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Sr Customer Service Executive at Zurich NA since November 2004, where responsibilities include overseeing customer service operations. Previously, Denise held the position of Claims Specialist in the Environmental Claim Department focusing on mass litigation. Prior to Zurich NA, Denise worked at CNA Insurance from October 1992 to September 2004 as a Team Manager, and at AIG from June 1983 to October 1993, where roles included Claim Specialist and Team Manager.
