Lauren Harman

Lauren Harman MBA has extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors, currently serving as a Retail Proposition Manager at Zurich Insurance since March 2014, with previous roles that include Claims Performance and Reporting Manager and Operational Delivery Lead. Prior to joining Zurich, Lauren worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Lloyds Banking Group and held leadership roles at JD Wetherspoon, alongside gaining legal experience as a Paralegal at Andrew & Andrew Solicitors LLP. Academic achievements include an Executive MBA from the University of Winchester, an LLM in Law from the University of Portsmouth, and various qualifications in insurance and leadership. Lauren has also contributed to the community as a Volunteer Generalist Advisor at the Citizen Advice Bureau.
