Niklaus Dietschi

Niklaus Dietschi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and military law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Zurich Insurance Group since October 2014, Niklaus focuses on Zurich Legacy Solutions and provides legal guidance on corporate matters, capital markets, and corporate governance. Prior to this role, Niklaus held various positions at Baker McKenzie, advising clients on a wide range of legal issues, and served as a Military Judge in the Swiss Armed Forces. Academic credentials include a Dr. iur. in Corporate Law and multiple degrees from the University of St. Gallen.
